This is one of my favorite vineyards in the. Region, as it is family run and everything is made on the grounds. There's plenty of seating outdoors. The wines are reasonably priced. And if you do a tasting and buy a couple bottles they refund the cost of the tasting to your bottle purchase! They sale plenty a various cheese, meat, and snacks that pair well with wine.

A great spot to try few wines or have a picnic.We go back consistently because their wine is fabulous.Always a Hawkes Bay highlight.Enjoying a 2023 Viognier.These guys are the bomb. Go

We visited about half a dozen wineries in Hawkes Bay over a couple of days and Askerne was the standout. Not as well known as some others but the wine packs a punch and the welcome is genuine. We also had a very nice cold food platter with our wines.

Awesome little spot accessible on the bike trail. Self guided wine flights were fantastic, be sure to try the dessert wine flight! Unique and tasty wines. They have a great selection of cheeses etc to build your own chacuterie or picnic. Awesome spot!
